When buying land in Thailand, Chanote (Nor Sor 4 Jor) is the strongest title and the one you want. It is surveyed by the government, GPS-referenced, and gives the holder the strongest legal claim. NS3 Gor is also acceptable. Avoid NS3 Khor or Sor Por Gor documents without specialist legal advice.
